*-West Virginia Law will require Tdap booster, &  Meningococcal/ Meningitis for students entering 7^th grade beginning in the 2012 – 2013 school year.

*-A second meningitis (booster) is recommended for 16-18 year olds if only one dose of Meningitis was given between the ages of 11-15.

*-We encourage all 11 year olds to get Gardasil/HPV/Human Papillomavirus Vaccine, and Varicella/chickenpox booster
